How do I choose the correct waist size and inseam in Saddlers jeans?
Our denim is crafted true to size with a tailored western waist. If you are between sizes or prefer a slightly looser fit for boots and riding, we recommend ordering one waist size up. After 2–3 weeks of regular wear, the heavyweight ringspun cotton molds comfortably to your body shape.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn denim with original tags attached. Size exchanges are always 100% free with prepaid shipping labels provided instantly through our returns portal.
When will my order ship, and what are delivery times?
Orders dispatch from our Texas fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 3–5 business days across the continental United States. Expedited 2-Day Air shipping is available at checkout.
How should I wash and care for my raw and rinsed denim?
To build an authentic, personalized fade, wear your jeans as much as possible before their first wash. When laundering is needed, turn them inside out, wash in cold water on gentle cycle with minimal mild detergent, and always hang dry. Avoid heat dryers.
Do you offer international shipping outside the United States?
Yes, we ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and select worldwide destinations. All international duties and taxes are calculated and collected transparently at checkout so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
Can I visit your Texas studio in person?
